Field & Founder came from years of creating, hosting, starting over, and learning what actually matters. It’s been shaped by a lot of seasons, including one where I was preparing to launch something big and instead found myself navigating cancer, surgery, and everything that came with it. That time changed how I think about work, growth, and what’s worth building.

Now, this looks different. Field & Founder isn’t about keeping up or scaling fast. It’s about creating space to think, to connect, and to build something that actually fits your life. It’s slower, more intentional, and still growing. The name reflects that. The field is both literal and figurative, land in North Carolina where my family is putting down roots and where this will eventually grow into something more physical. The founder is you, building something meaningful, even when it’s messy or doesn’t follow a clear path.
